Amazon Orders - Calibration Instructions

Thank You for Booking Your Calibration.

Please follow the instructions below to prepare and send your device to us for calibration.

๐Ÿ“„ What to Include in Your Parcel:

If you have access to a printer:

  • Print a copy of your Amazon order confirmation.

  • Clearly write the following on the printout:

    • Your contact name and telephone number

    • Your testerโ€™s Make, Model, and Serial Number

    • A list of any test leads and accessories included with the tester

    • Confirm your return address โ€” if different from the order, write the correct return address clearly.

If you donโ€™t have a printer:

  • Include a handwritten note with:

    • Your Amazon order number

    • Contact name

    • Company name (if applicable)

    • Return address

    • Telephone number

    • The Make/Model and Serial Number of the tester

    • A list of all accessories included in the package

๐Ÿ“ฆ Packaging Instructions

  • Pack your tester securely using adequate packaging to prevent movement during transit.

  • Protect the display screen with bubble wrap or soft padding.

  • We are not responsible for any damage caused by insufficient packaging.

โœ… Please ensure you:

  • Include all test leads and accessories needed for calibration.

  • Charge your tester, if possible, before sending โ€” this helps us provide faster service.

  • Double-check the note or printout is enclosed before sealing your parcel.

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please do so promptly via Amazon within 24 hours of placing your order and/or before sending your device.

Please note that shipping your device to us is your responsibility. Unlike our website, where collection options may be available, Amazon orders include return shipping only โ€” you cover the cost to send your tester to us.

If you require a collect-and-return service, please cancel your Amazon order before booking an alternative directly with us.
